Are Aliens Something to Fear?

Are aliens real
I read that Stephen Hawking, the noted physicist, fears aliens, because of this which he has hinted that we stop searching for them, stop delivering signals to help keep our existence a secret, minus the aliens discover us and come here to wipe us out. This information will discuss whether this viewpoint has any merit.

Are aliens real

North of manchester American Indians, the South American Indians, the Africans yet others, all had something very real to fear if the Europeans stumbled on their land, so it is understandable that earthlings, like Hawking, might fear aliens coming to this planet. This fear stems mainly from superimposing human mentality on the aliens, as well as watching a lot of Star Trek and Star War movies.

There's a noticeable distinction between Europe and the other continents on the one hand, and between an alien planet and Earth alternatively. The excellence is distance. To achieve another continents, the Europeans only needed some relatively primitive sailboats. And also for the aliens to achieve Earth, dozens or countless light years away, they'd need quite sophisticated spacecraft. The critical question, therefore, is: Can a barbarous civilization develop higher technology?

History doesn't offer the notion that it's possible for a barbarous civilization to achieve higher technology. The two most barbarous epochs in human history were 1) the tens of thousands of years preceding the dawn of civilization, and 2) the thousand-year period pursuing the fall of the Roman empire. In the epochs, technological progress was virtually nil. Only if human civilization became less barbarous, with all the demise of royalty, using the demise of slavery, and so forth, will we commence to see technological progress.

For certain, there might be barbarous civilizations in deep space however they are nothing to fear because it is unlikely that they can be in a position to leave their own planet. Evil empires with high technology appear in the films, but we should not allow this to delude us. Science fiction writers need to create these phones make a fascinating story. In person, aliens traveling through space are more inclined to possess the morals of the crew of the Starship Enterprise compared to morals with the crew of the Cleon vessel.

Now another question arises: Are friendly aliens something to fear?

Some have suggested that connection with aliens would cause a dramatic upheaval in human society. My personal about this is: Not really, not at this stage in history. We have been via a lot and, in some ways, alien contact could be yet another news event. When it comes to "upheaval," I can think of three items that can happen:

1) The armaments industry could be affected. Knowing alien civilizations exist, it's likely that humans will want to bind together being a species and will stop killing one another. If communications from your aliens are minimal, the armaments industry may turn toward space defenses if your aliens become hostile. If communications in the aliens are abundant, friendly, and helpful, the armaments industry will likely be severely damaged.

2) Disparities between developed countries and the under-developed may turn to melt away and also other inequities in human society. We have been likely to see more focus on education, technology, and space exploration.

3) Organized religions could be affected. Fundamentalist concepts like creation may get pushed into the background, but overall, religions should become stronger as people look for consolation and moral guidance.

Hawking acknowledges that aliens might have extremely advanced technology. The main flaw as part of his thinking isn't understanding that such technology enables you to find methods for self-sustenance eliminating the barbaric plunder of inhabited planets. Except if you are directly or indirectly associated with the armaments industry, alien contact is nothing to fear, even perhaps something to welcome.
